Color Study 

 

Material: Color-aid paper, Bristol

 

Inspired by Josef Albers's Interaction of Color: "In visual perception a color is almost never seen as it really is-as it physically is. This fact makes color the most relative medium in art."

By doing these color studies, try to discover how to use colors to manipulate the visual perception of space, speed, weight and create illusion of film, gradient, etc.
